New strategic owner for Yunex Traffic

  • Atlantia S.p.A. will acquire Yunex Traffic from Siemens Mobility for 950 million euros
  • The transaction is expected to close by September 2022.

Siemens Mobility has signed an agreement to sell 100 percent of Yunex Traffic to Atlantia S.p.A. The purchase price is EUR 950 million. The sale is expected to close by the end of September 2022, subject to relevant regulatory approvals. Yunex Traffic is a leader in innovative and intelligent infrastructure and traffic solutions for roads and cities. As a global leader in mobility infrastructure technology and services, Atlantia is a long-term, strategically focused new owner for Yunex Traffic.

By joining Atlantia, Yunex Traffic will also be able to gain significant industrial and development synergies.
